Stopped in to see a single family home with a bedroom on main level, and I fell in love with the model home and the clubhouse. And the sales person, David Katzker, was a pleasant surprise. He has decades of experience working for the builder, and
made all the difference in my decision to sign a purchase agreement. He is an true professional in his craft, and I recommend working with him if you have any interest in this community. The qualiy of construction seems to be outstanding. I am no expert but it looks luxurious, and the reviews are good of NVR and Natelli. It should be a fun journey ahead.

We delayed in writing a review until further along in the process. Not that there was anything wrong…but just to make sure the review was accurate and helped others.
We did not intend to buy a house in December, but walking in to the model was amazing. My husband does not like sales people especially car and furniture sales, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when he met Amie. Well, they hit it off right away and within a few minutes were cutting up and joking around. She explained the sales process to us and a few hours later we walked out with a purchase agreement. Throughout the process she kept us informed of all the steps and what to expect. Which leads us to yesterdays pre-construction meeting.
We met with Amie and Dalton, our project manager. He walked us through the build process and confirmed all of our selections and even surprised us with a schedule that shows completion earlier than expected. He answered all our questions and told us he was available to us whenever we needed him during construction. I was extremely pleased when I learned not only does the city perform inspections of the new builds, but that NV uses a third party company to inspect prior to move in.
We talked to a few random current residents we saw outside and they all expressed how pleased they were with the quality of homes and sales and construction.
So to Amie and Dalton and their team… 5 stars!

Overall, an absolutely great home and great home buying experience. I felt extremely comfortable with my sales rep, Christopher Pikus, and knew I was going to get the home as soon as he started giving us the tour. Even after signing, he was so accommodating and willing to answer my millions of questions.
My project manager, James Wright, was the man. I am nearly positive I tested his patience on a weekly basis with my absurd nitpicking, but he stayed friendly and completely answered my every concern. I even mentioned that I would like to mount a gym rack to the wall in the garage and he added extra blocking to the frames of the wall for extra support when I installed my rack.
After moving into the house, both Tony Kirchgessner and Matthew Filderman offered fantastic post move in support. A week after settling on my home, me in my infinite genius drilled straight into a fire sprinkler pipe while trying to mount a TV. Tony, with no obligation to help me on this matter, personally showed up on my door and insisted on helping me fix the gaping hole in my drywall my plumber created trying to get to the pipe.
Suffice to say, I am very happy with my home buying experience. I highly recommend purchasing a home in the area. You will be in great hands.

We bought a new townhome built in 2025 by the Fairfax Boulevard, and have been enjoying both the beautiful home and the wonderful neighborhood!
I want to give a shout-out to the warranty agent Josh Minionis. He has been very responsive and works hard on getting things resolved quickly. We usually hear back from him within a day or two after opening a ticket. Almost always he first comes and scopes out things personally and then arranges the needed repair. He also goes out of his way to help with things, such as showing us how to get the house filter replaced.
Josh puts out genuine efforts to address whatever comes up, including involving his managers when needed, such as James Dunn and Paul Naples, who both helped us during the past year. Thank you all for your efforts!

They are always willing to answer any type of question I might have. Since I signed on to purchase in this neighborhood, the process has been smooth and orderly. Madisyn efficiently has navigated me through each step in the process. In addition, the sales team has arranged several mixers for new residents to get to know one another. If you are at all interested in an active adult community, please give this one a look. It will have many amenities, such as Pickleball, a yoga, studio, a gym and even a dog park. Just closed on our retirement house built by NVHomes earlier this month. This is not the first house that we bought from NVHomes , so you know that we already have confidence in this builder. From start to finish, this project was always on schedule. Jackie, our sales representative was great throughout the process. But what surprised me was the project manager this time around. Let me tell you, on my last NVHomes project our manager Charlie was one of the very best manager you can get, not only was he very helpful throughout the project, he even come personally and fixed a couple of construvction problems that we missed over one year after we moved in. I was that was unbeatable.
This time around we have Andrew
as our project manager and we were so impressed with him on our first meeting already. He is young smart and know what he is doing .
Knowing what you are doing and actually doing it and being good at it , is 2 different things. Andrew possess both this abilities and his communication skill is brilliant. That make him perform his job smoothly. He is such an important bridge between the home buyer and every other parties involved. I can go on and on
about his impressive work.
To sum it , the most important part of this excellent purchase experience was having what we wanted on paper when we talk to Jackie our sales rep to the wonderfully executed project by Andrew.
NVHomes did not disappointed us and I think and we are happy to choose their product again, personally we think that Andrew, the project manager should be the MVP of this project.

All I can say is WOW. It's not our first rodeo with builders, and these guys, specifically Chris & Andrew have been head and shoulder ABOVE IMPRESSIVE. The time line they gave sounded impossible, but the home is on schedule (if nor slightly ahead). We did an off the cuff walk through today and the work is detailed and accurate. Their attention to detail is much appreciated, as is their clear and frequent communications. They broke ground late October and the house is fully framed, roof on, sided, completely sheet rocked and cabinets are in.

As a soon to be a first time grandmother, I was searching for a new home to be closer to my daughter. While not necessarily looking for an over 55+ community I found NV homes at Bloomfields. As soon as I walked into the Model home we were greeted warmly by Amie Walters. There was an instant connection. She was just so friendly and welcoming and took her time to let us look around by ourselves. She answered some questions and then more questions and a few more. She had all the answers. She drove me around and showed me the lot I had selected, a home with the same elevation and the color pallet I would be getting if I purchased the home I was interest in. Last year we started our downsizing journey with an internet search that led us to Bloomfields. It felt and looked good. Still hesitant to move away from the Annapolis area, we’ve spent the past year searching, only to end up back where we started in Bloomfields.

I am taking this opportunity to share my experience with Andrew Ayznar, my construction engineering project manager for my new home in the NV Homes Bloomfields 55+ Community in Frederick, Maryland. From my first encounter with Andrew on June 30 at the Pre-Construction Meeting throughout the entire building process and Walk-Through on October 13, he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and patient. Also, he was thorough and answered my questions and concerns in a timely, helpful manner.
On a weekly basis, sometimes more often, he diligently shared information about the progress in construction. Of special interest were the photos that he posted showing the various phases of the work from the first bulldozing of the land to putting the final touches throughout the home. Because I was living out of state, these photos were especially appreciated and made me feel like a part of the Bloomfields community months before I became a resident.
In addition to performing as project manager, Andrew went above and beyond his usual responsibilities. One example was his skillful handling of a potentially serious issue that involved an outside vendor who attempted to perform unnecessary work that had already been completed by the builder. He resolved the issue professionally, saving me the expense of duplicate work.
Andrew is a valuable asset to NV Homes as he is to future home owners to whom he is assigned to manage and guide through the new construction process.

Two weeks ago, I moved into my new NVHomes home in the Two Rivers Community. I signed the contract on February 28, and was told that settlement would likely take place around August 4. To my surprise, the settlement happened exactly on August 4—not a single day later.
Back in 2018, when I purchased a home from another builder, the settlement was delayed by almost two months, so I was truly impressed by NVHomes’ accuracy and reliability this time.
After moving in, I was even more impressed. The quality of the home has exceeded my expectations, and above all, I was deeply moved by the thoughtful care of my Project Manager, Zach Morris. Not only before settlement, but even after, he continued to help me as if everything were his own responsibility. Moving can be very difficult and stressful, but having Zach by my side made the process so much easier.

We are in the process of building our newly purchased home in Bethany Glen and I feel we have the best sales person possible, Natalie. Natalie has the ability to understand the buyer's specific needs and preferences. This includes helping us find the right home, navigate design choices, and address any concerns or questions, with a gracious positive attitude. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy.
We have asked challenging questions, regarding the financing, the HOA, and Natalie has been very responsive, giving us timely updates, quick responses to questions, and has a proactive approach to keeping us informed.
The sales process was smooth and efficient, and we never felt pressured or rushed.
Natalie is a perfect fit for sales with NV homes. She is energetic, enthusiastic, and a complete pleasure to work with. I feel confident as we move forward with our build that she will support us, continue to guide us, and just be there for us. Natalie has been more than willing to answer any questions and she has represented herself and NV Homes in an honest an professional manner. She made us feel at ease and important as she has spent quite a bit of time talking to us.

This is our third time buying a new construction home and working with NV homes has been by far our most pleasant experience. Our sales rep David has been awesome to work with. David is enthusiastic, but low pressure, friendly and knowledgeable, and always very responsive to any questions or concerns that we have. Our construction manager Brett has been awesome also. During our pre-construction meeting, Brett went over the entire construction process and timeline in great detail. Brett calls every week with updates on the construction of our new home and what they will be working on the following week. With the PhotoCircle app, Brett sends pictures showing the progress of the construction of our home every week. Working with the NV Homes team at Bloomfield’s has been a great experience. We closed on the house about 6 months ago. It was really very good experience working with the sales team leading by Lindsay Knoll and project manager Jackson Duffy. I typically don't write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with our sales agent, Matt. My aunt and I were driving by the new Bethany Glen community sign and decided to check out the model home, with no intention to buy at that moment.
However, after meeting and consulting with Matt, everything changed. His extensive knowledge as a construction manager answered all of our questions thoroughly.
Matt's customer service was genuine. He even assisted my elderly aunt by gently holding her hand while we went down to view the basement.
Although Matt makes fun of himself by saying that NV Homes wouldn't appreciate his overly accommodating manner with every client, we truly appreciate him.

This experience is about the NVHomes South Lake community - My experience with NVHomes has been beyond my expectations. From the sales team, Natalie to our builder Project Manager, Devyn. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
We got weekly updates and pictures all in a free app so we got to see progress each week which was exciting! There was even a 3rd party inspection done to make sure the house quality was good! Everything turned out better than expected
The only con I’d say is I thought the home could be a little more sound proof. Over all it was a solid build and I’ll choose NVHomes to build again. It helped that the area the South Lake area was already a great location which translated into a beautiful home in a beautiful community.

Greetings. My husband Daniel and I have been looking for our forever home for years. We wanted a 55+ Community with ‘Hands Off’ maintenance, a single family home, great amenities, beautiful grounds, still close to our kids and grandkids and a wonderful, kind community of people….we found ALL of it and more at Bloomfield’s in Frederick, Maryland.
The first time we inquired to set up an appointment we received a quick response from Jackie Gunter who set up an appointment and then welcomed us the day of our visit with open arms. We instantly felt comfortable and felt no pressure to make any decisions on that day…which was refreshing. We definitely related to Jackie with her professional manner, but also more importantly her friendly personality and warm smile. She was there to provide information about the community and was an incredible resource for what to expect. After our talk around the kitchen table, Jackie gave us an amazing tour of the model homes and also drove us around the property showing us the various elevations (front views) and also showed where the clubhouse, pool and athletic buildings were located. We never felt rushed in any way and that provided an opportunity to ask lots of questions which she welcomed.
Our experience was honestly amazing and I think I attribute it to, not only the quality of the HVHomes we saw, but to our representative, Jackie who made us see the beauty inside and out of Bloomfield’s. We can’t wait to begin our new journey.

From the first time meeting David to the completion of signing our purchase agreement, David couldn't have been more thorough and helpful. He answered all of our questions timely and was patient with us while our decision making timeline constantly was adjusting. The sales team was welcoming and our Sales 'person' David was great in guiding us through the details, options, and answering the multiple and continuing questions we had. To this day he welcomes us and our dog into the model as we continue to plan for our new home. Andrew, our construction manager, is the best! The 'Circle' app as well as regular text messages keep us informed and up to date on the progress. It was reassuring to us that we are getting a quality build when the independent inspector that we hired to review the build at the pre-drywall stage had good things to say about the house construction and found everything in top shape. People warned of sales pressure and construction delays with new construction but neither were the case for our NV Home experience. Our sales professional David was informative, accessible and friendly. Delays can happen but our home was delivered on time from the date we were given when we signed the contract. We looked at Bloomfields and instantly knew it was where we wanted our next home to be. From the moment we met David, our sales person, we felt comfortable and in good hands. He has been super helpful guiding us through everything from touring the models to all of our appointments prior to our building meeting in February. Even though we are in the building phase, David is still very helpful answering questions when we stop by the model or see him at one of the open houses.
Brett, our project manager, has been amazing! This is our first new build and he has really taken the time to answer all of our questions, during the weekly phone calls as well as when we want to stop in and see our new home in the process. We had a home inspection prior to our pre-drywall meeting and things went smooth. The few things we wanted addressed were to our satisfaction. Brett really makes things comfortable and not overwhelming.
Brett and David are great with communication which is key to this whole experience. They are both easy going which helps since there are times we become overwhelmed since this is new to us. We have a lot of questions and they are more than happy to answer them and explain things to us.
We enjoy the monthly open houses as we have gotten to meet many neighbors before we even move in. The sense of community we already have makes us super excited to move in.

We just moved into this wonderful community and we are so very happy!
After looking at lots of houses in the area for a few months, as soon as we first stepped into the model house, we knew this was the place and home we wanted. It is the right size for us since we wanted to downsize, but not really 😉. We found the floor plan to be so convenient and so beautiful, that we came back the same day and bought our house!! Now that we are in our new home, we couldn’t be any happier. Even as we are the middle of hundreds of boxes and getting organized as we just moved in, we feel excited about our life in this new community.

When we first visited Maple Highlands, we knew this was home. Prior to our visit we weren’t really considering a 55+ community or duplex living. However, the moment we walked in the model, it felt nothing like we had in our minds. The duplex unit feels like a home with just the right square footage to accommodate our goal of right sizing. We recently had our pre-construction meeting with the construction manager, Tayler Stiles, and Amie. Tayler is a breath of fresh air in this role compared to other construction managers we’ve worked with under other builders. He is professional, accountable, dependable and considerate. During the meeting several issues/questions arose, but both Tayler and Amie worked well as a team to follow up and address our needs.

We had a great experience building and customizing our forever home in Two Rivers, as well as with the warranty team post-closing. We love the area and the community and the opportunity it provides our family/children to grow-up in a safe, diverse, and engaging environment. Good and convenient amenities—love the pool in the summer, playgrounds throughout, walking/bike paths, have had kid’s birthday parties at the clubhouse, new pickleball courts, etc. The adjacent and brand new Two Rivers Elementary School and its staff are exemplary, a great addition to the county and community. Waugh Chapel Towne Centre is only two lights away, where they continue to add amenities and food options. You’re only 20-25 minutes away from BWI, DC, and Annapolis.

Really love this development from the first second I walked into the samples. It has everything I’m looking for. Was actually looking for an over 55 that allowed fence in backyards for my dogs. I can go on and on about the things in this community that I love. Love the fact that other houses are not backed up next to me we have nothing but open space. This is my seventh new build home and plan on this being my forever one. My experience was positive from the onset in which John Monacci was so easy to work with in selecting the right home for me. I was then connected with Julianna Choe who was so helpful in the selection of materials. With her expertise my home will be exquisite. I then met with Carlos Bello at Trinity Wiring who simplified the wiring and techy stuff....thank you so much for that. Gregory Dominic at NV Mortgage made my experience easy and he was able to ease and answer any question. Last but not least are my two project managers, Dalton Carbaugh and John Kolp who has so graciously guided, communicated and kept me up to date on the build. This is my first experience in being treated so kindly and important in what could be a trying venture. The added pictures and updates on what had been done during the last week and what would take place the following week was an added surprise to me. They are by far the best PM's I have ever had. I wanted to share my experience with NV Homes as a recent new home owner in the Westmount Community in Ellicott City. I will admit that I had my initial reservations (honestly with any new construction these days) when my wife and I decided to visit and sign a contract for a new home with NV homes but after going through the entire new home buying/construction process, we are very happy and glad with our experience.
Our sales representative was Jack and he did a great job with getting us set up and presenting us with all our options. My only feedback to any prospective buyers is that choosing home options within the first 3 weeks was very daunting.
Our Project Manager Tayler Stiles was wonderful from start to finish. Honestly, we appreciate his ability to endure through our requests and questions. From the start, he was very warm and explained everything to us, allaying our anxiety of the whole process. He encouraged us to visit as often as we wanted to and answered any questions we had during the whole time. We had shared with him a few issues we found and he immediately put a work order and by the following week, it was fixed. Gratefully, we are happy that Tayler was with us during the entire new home construction process.
We went through NVR mortgage, mainly due to the incentives, and while the rates aren't the best, the entire process wasn't too tedious. Everyone was professional and we did not experience any delay in our settlement. We're very happy with the services they provided.
Overall, we're still settling in and with any new home, we expect some issues but we're confident that the home warranty NV Homes provides will take care of the issues.
As a side note, we had read reports of poor maintenance with the streets but we haven't experienced any issues so far. We notice that the NV homes does have street cleaning every now and then so perhaps that's been an improvement from the past.
I hope this review helps any prospective home buyers. We're excited to start our new life here at Westmount!

Every step in our new home purchase at Tanager Woods had been a breeze. We selected the Kingston model and let me tell you, the building of this house was an experience! Lindsay Knoll offered professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern in making sure our build was what we wanted. She is now a part of the family. John Monacci has been outstanding. Can not emphasize how fantastic to date the experience has been. So happy we contracted with these folks. House in process of being built but to date smooth process and all parties builders project managers and especially John Monacci have been A+. Will update after home is built but based on to date experience I would highly recommend. This is an update on May 21st 2025. The settlement occurred via NV homes settlement service and was smooth and easy. High recommend. In addition, John Monacci continued to check in regularly and answered all questions as needed. He was extremely helpful thru the entire process. A+++++ . The Project manager John Kolp and asst mgr. Daulton Carbaugh were fantastic during construction phase. From construction meeting in January right to settlement and beyond. Can't speak highly enough about the entire NV Homes Team. 5 stars, would give 10 if I could. We were very impressed with the model home design and loved the fact that it’s connected to the Philmont Country Club. Our sales rep Valarie has been extremely helpful and she’s a pleasure to deal with. Did I know that we were going to purchase a home? We talked about it for 2 years and looked all through out Maryland and Delaware. Could not make up our minds what was right. Last month we went to Bloomfields and bought a home with Dayna. It took two trips, one to look and the other to say okay, this is right. Dayna was a hugh asset and really a partner in the decision making process. Then came Juliana. She also was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable about color and style. She helped to make the decisons easier. Tomorrow we work with Trinity Wiring, don't know them yet, but if they are as responsive as Dayna and Juliana, I anticipatae it will be a smooth process. We contracted for our new home with NV Homes in Bloomfield in early October 2024 and began moving in on March 17th, 2025....right on time as promised by NV Homes when we signed our contract. The NV Homes staff engagement and process has exceeded our expectations; everyone has been accessible and responsive to our questions and other needs/concerns. NV Homes was very organized and thorough in stepping us through the process as well as documenting what we've agreed to and where we are going next. The NV team truly does go out of their way to make us feel like we are part of the NV Homes Family!
It all started with John Monacci who patiently helped us understand the process and supported us while we decided if and when we were going to purchase. John was a saint. He was very understanding of our concerns and desire to be conservative. He never pressured us and simply provided as much information as we needed to make our decision. What is even more impressive is now, after we've already moved in and the 'deal is long done', John stays connected to us, helps us with answers to questions and remains committed to our happiness here in the community. John is a knowledgeable NV Homes professional, but even more important is a nice, caring person and one we plan to stay connected to into the future.
As construction was initiated, we began working with Andrew Ryznar, our project manager in charge of our new home construction. Andrew was also outstanding; his attention to detail, construction knowledge, regular communications and pictures to us as well as his willingness to answer our questions and address our concerns is far superior to our past experiences with builders. And now that we are moved in, Andrew also stays in touch with us and makes himself available for questions or advice if there is something on our minds. Andrew is another good person who we hope to stay connected to.
It is important to know that post move in, NV Homes has a warranty team on site to efficiently address warranty concerns in a timely manner. Our experience has been that all new construction has minor 'issues' after move in and we are no different, however what is favorably different with NV Homes is the warranty program management by Rob Young. Rob engages personally, is extremely customer oriented and his team is professional and timely. Oh, and yes, Rob is a nice guy too!
We also worked with the NV Homes Loan and Settlement Specialists, Greg Domico and Andrew Jones respectively. These guys are also pros, helpful and responsive in every way.
If you are thinking about a home in a 55+ community in the Frederick area, I highly recommend you visit Bloomfields and start up a conversation with John. You won't regret it, after only two months we've met many fantastic neighbors, love it here and feel great about our decision to join the Bloomfield family.

My husband and I just bought a home with NVHomes at Greenleigh and are so excited to become a part of the community! We have had our eye on this community for quite a while now and kept revisiting it. It's a small, clean, diverse community that is expanding by the minute! The homes are beautiful and well-maintained, and the neighborhood seems very safe and quiet, which is just where we would want to raise a family. We've lived in the Baltimore & White Marsh area for a while and are excited to be able to still be close to the same shops and centers and have easy access to 95 and the city, all while being off the main road. The house layouts are also gorgeous and spacious, and they put a lot of care into the design and structure of the homes.
Madisyn and Michael helped us with the whole process of purchasing our home and they were extremely helpful! We asked a lot of questions and they were very thorough in walking us through everything to make sure we felt comfortable prior to moving forward with anything. During the Pre Drywall walk-through, Brian Perez did a stellar job explaining the construction of our new NV home. At no time, did I feel as though, I was asking too many questions. Brian patiently provided details about the HVAC system, plumbing, wiring, flooring, pointed out safety measures such as the interior sprinklers, fire retardant material around certain pipes, how the air flows throughout the home, and he took the time to walk outside around the permiter of the home to share information about the grading. Before we wrapped up the inspection, Brian recommended, I take photos of the interior, so I would know after the drywall had been hung, the best place to install TV's, light fixtures, artwork, etc. Needless to say, from the foundation to the rooftop he covered it all. I know my house is well built and once we move in, we will enjoy it and the community for many years to come!

I would click on 10 stars if available. I have been living in Two Rivers since 2022 and I never stopped loving the experience. I'm a landlord here with no business affiliations with NV Homes. Nevertheless, I would love to debunk the misinformation and exaggerations from the negative comments. If you really want to live in Two Rivers, take all positive and negative comments with a grain of salt and just visit the place yourself.
If your expectation is to have a $1M + home on an hectare of land, then Two Rivers may not the best place for you. You may want to consider Potomac Maryland, and pay 2x or 3x for the same quality.
My family loves Two Rivers. We are very happy with our home. The Sales team at NV (Justin & Phil) remain very helpful till date even after settlement. Tony is a great Project Manager, and Andrew helped a lot with my financing needs.
I love NV Homes, and I will build with them again!

Our experience with NV Homes / Two Rivers Community has been wonderful from start to finish with the construction of our new home. Justin (sales) was very informative and responsive. He even reached out on his day off to answer an 'unimportant' question. Tony (Construction Mgr.) was also great to work with. We were well informed throughout the process. We've been through the new home construction process in the past. I was truly amazed with the level of detail throughout our home. I could not find a single flaw. Our experience with NV was head and shoulders above a previous home building experience with another builder. NVR Mortgage also stepped up. The closing process was simple and easy. Again, nice people and super responsive. They are a class act and highly professional.
Regarding Two Rivers - I like how the streets a wider than most. This is perfect for visitor parking. It is great to see so many friendly/happy people using the wide/extensive pathways throughout the neighborhood. It is great to see so many well manicured yards. I haven't seen/heard anything about pool rationing or really anything about the review below. We're happy to be here.

We have not purchased a new home in several decades and were concerned that the home-buying process would prove daunting and very stressful. Due to the professionalism and care shown by the staff at NV Homes, we have felt supported and comfortable throughout the entire process. Our new home is currently about 80 percent complete.
We must single out David Katzker, the sales representative with whom we have worked closely, for his exceptional communication skills, patience, and expertise. He explained the features of the model we selected, the amenities of the community, the available options, and the entire process and timeline we would experience as things moved along. We are detail-oriented customers, and David was able to address our concerns and provide thorough answers to our many, many questions. We cannot overemphasize the patience with which David responded to these many questions, too. In addition, we had a specific lot on which we wished to build our home, and it did not appear that this lot would be available for a number of months. David went above and beyond to get the portion of the development containing our desired lot open for sale so that we could begin the home-buying process much earlier than anticipated. David's sales associates, John and Amie, also demonstrate the same level of professionalism and customer care.
We would also like to give special recognition to Carlos Lucero, the project manager for our home, for his thorough and timely communication, patience, and support throughout the construction process. He is the manager that provides oversight for the construction of our home. We met with him (along with David) just prior to the start of construction. He explained the different phases of construction and the timeline. Also, Carlos let us know that we could contact him anytime with questions/concerns and that no question is silly. Carlos provides regular updates on the status of our home construction process in the form of weekly phone calls letting us know what has been completed during the past week and the plans for the next week, construction photos posted to the Photo Circle app, and written communications for questions/concerns we might have. This makes us aware of what is going on in the construction process at all times. Carlos always listens to our questions/concerns and works diligently to address them quickly. Also, Carlos encourages our active participation in terms of visiting the home site after different stages of construction are complete. This has allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the process and to get to know our new home.
Additionally, Logan Lazasz (works with Carlos), Greg Domico and Erin Huffer at NV Mortgage, Carlos Bello at Trinity Wiring, and Kelly Estigarribia at the Design Center have all been very competent, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
We send our heartfelt thanks to David, Carlos, and the staff at NV Homes. We are grateful for their assistance, patience, and expertise during such a momentous life event!

It is a pleasure to write a review of our experience with the NV Homes construction process for our new Starlite Cottage home at Bloomfield's. I had previously left a 5 star review of the sales process. We met our project managers Mike Sirna and Carlos Lucerno at a preconstruction meeting on Dec 6. The process was thoroughly explained and timelines given. Our construction began on Dec 15. Everything ran like clockwork. Mike was our primary contact. He kept us up-to-date each week with texts and photos of the progress. We are lucky to live only a few miles away to check on the progress ourselves. Mike was always quick with a response to a text. This was my first time experiencing new home construction and I couldn't have been happier. The dates they gave us for all phases were spot on to the day. We will go to settlement tomorrow. There are some minor punch list items to be handled, but I am fully confident they will be quickly resolved. Mike was amazing through this process. He truly is excellent and his customer service is outstanding. He went above and beyond. We are extremely grateful for a seamless process from start to finish. Can't wait to get into our new home. We were very fortunate to have met David Katzker when we initially walked into NV Homes Bloomfields development. We were interested in the Clarkson model and David expertly provided a tour pointing out all the wonderful features the house had to offer. I'm in the process of buying a new home in Bloomfields, an active adult community. The sales representative has been very helpful throughout the process. The project manager has met with me to discuss the different phases of the construction process. A pre-construction meeting was held and every detail of all selections were thoroughly discussed including appliances selected, lighting, electrical etc. There will also be a pre-drywall meeting. There are frequent updates with photos. Everyone has been very helpful. I have gone through the process of new home construction previously and the NV team really pay attention to the details.

We went down to Tanager Woods to visit some friends who just moved into a new home there. We had no intention of buying a home. When we saw their home we decided to visit the sales center to look at some floorpans and the site map.
Long story short, we bought. James (Butch) Booth was exceptional. He was helpful and answered all of our questions even though we gave no indication we were going to buy.
We met some of the new residents and all were warm and welcoming. It seemed like a great place to live and since we were looking to eventually relocate , well, why not.

I purchased a new construction home from NV Homes. the experience, so far, has been excellent, beginning with the sales agent, David Katzker, who is very personable, honest, respectful of the customer's need and very professional. David knows his business and responsibilities, all and all, a great guy. Next at NV Homes I met the project manager for the construction, Chase Collison. Chase is a professional who knows how to please a customer with listening to their needs, then explaining what to expect, and providing solutions to construction issues as they raise. After my pre-construction meeting with Chase, I felt that Chase is on my side, and he is going to do all that is in his power to build me a HOME. So, the foundation was poured, and I had my inspector who was to inspect the foundation and give his thumbs up to proceed. Chase communicated very effectively with my inspector to conduct his inspection very effectively and timely as to there would be no delays in construction schedule. when the inspector forwarded his report, Micheal Sirna, Chase's Co-Project Manager, was very much instrumental in promptly and effectively rectifying the two moderately important issues with the foundation, to the satisfaction of the inspector. I am now looking forward to seeing my HOME progressing further and the pre-drywall inspection. I feel like I am in good hands with NV Homes and their staff.

The house and neighborhood has been a dream come true for my wife and I. After looking at many homes that were good, but not quite hitting all the marks, finding this luxury town home in this newly constructed beautiful neighborhood and area met all of our desires and more! The neighborhood facilities, like the outdoor pool and indoor gym, is just the cherry on top. This home and area is definitely a gem!
Patrick, our sales representative, has also been amazing. We are very happy and appreciative to have him help us through the process!

I am very happy with my choice to purchase a new home at Tanager Woods by NV Homes. My salesperson Natalia has been a pure joy to work with. Her enthusiasm & professionalism made the whole process a delight. She is so patient & informative. I love the floor plan we chose & it was nice that there were so many included features that were upgrades at other builders. I am very excited to continue working with Natalia & Eric, our construction manager. We had our preconstruction meeting with Eric & he went step by step thru what to expect at each phase of the building process. He made it a point to take his time with us & make sure that all our questions were answered. I highly recommend this builder & this community to anyone looking for a new home.

We are very familiar with NV homes, and knew if we ever bought again, it would be with NV. We could not wait for Tanager Woods to open! We immediately joined the VIP list and when we got a call from Natalia Ovide, we were more than excited. We made an appointment to look at homes... and walked away having purchased a beautiful home. The quality, the responsiveness and the care put into every facet of each the process is amazing. And it doesn't stop there, Natalia -- the sales manager; Eric -- our project manager; and Jenn; our loan officer keep us informed and are so knowledgeable and kind to work with. We never even considered another builder and Tanager Woods has all the great amenities you'll ever need without being so overcrowded that you can't use all the great fun they have to offer. We are so excited about this newest NV adventure and cannot wait to move in. Can't' wait to use the pool, the courts, the clubhouse, and more.

This is our second interaction with NVHomes and we have been even more impressed by the professionalism and attention we have received. Natalia in sales, Jennifer in finance and Eric in construction have all been wonderful in their desire to meet our vast and changing needs while offsetting much of the anxiety associated with the new build process. While we have not completed the process as yet, we have found great comfort in knowing that our "NVHome Team" is with us during each stage. Needless to say, we are excited about our new home and joining the Tanager Woods community.

Layout is open. Lots of room to work with. I love the balcony on the roof and the scenery from the back of the home ( the trees and birds); so beautiful. Close proximity to eateries, the mall, gas station, hospital, bus and train; yet hidden away to feel the serenity of being at home in tranquility. Nice neighbours who look out for one another. (Now noticing some folks not picking up after their pets). In general a great place to call home

I want to shout out Will Wilkes for all of his insight and literally keeping us on the need to know about everything with this neighborhood and construction of NVhomes. He has been very opened and honest will ALL my questions... and I've had many. Never once did I feel like an annoyance with all my random calls and questions. He is very professional, funny, and informative. Thanks for everything Will and thanks to NVHome for having a great team to get us through the homebuilding process.
