We had been looking at communities (old and new) near Delaware beaches for a few years, dreaming about living by the beach. From the moment we drove into The Estuary we knew that this is where we wanted to be. The Estuary has beautiful clubhouse amenities with pool, fishing pond, trails, and more! Kathy Jacobs was so welcoming and helped us through the process of picking out the perfect home for our family. She was patient in answering our many questions and keeping us informed of community updates. Melissa Justice helped us through the mortgage process and made it painless. She gave us scheduled reminders for things needed before closing to ensure the closing was smooth and on time. Our project manager, Chris Truitt kept us up to date with weekly videos and messages so that we could see our house being built. He made himself available for tours of the house as it was being built (when we could get into town) and was quick to return our messages. Chris made sure we knew how to use everything in our new home at our pre-settlement walk through. He has also been very responsive to questions that we had after closing. We love our NV home and it is obvious that everyone from sales to closing really care about the people that they work with. They understand that it isn’t just about selling/ building a house but it’s making a home for their customers. We highly recommend an NV Home at the beach!

We started our search in mid summer 2022 for our dream home near the beach. We looked at existing homes and some new neighborhoods. What draws you to the Estuary is the location, amenities, and the beautiful lakes. What makes you move there is finding the right home. We met with several builders before meeting with Kathleen. After some phone calls and texts back and forth, we settled on the Monterey with a second floor porch. Kathleen was warm and friendly from the first appointment, driving us all over in her golf cart to the final detail of adding the kitchen backsplash. Our project manager, Jordan Pippin, was great to work with, and we enthusiastically awaited his weekly video updates of the building of our new home. He willingly met us virtually, as well as in person, answering our many questions along the way. He gave us a move in date back in September, even with Covid supply delays, and we settled on the exact date promised. Do not hesitate to make the Estuary your new home and let Kathleen Jacobs plan it, and Jordan Pippin build it. Can't wait for our first summer here at the Estuary!

The best community in southern Delaware. Close to all the beaches, well maintained properties and open space with a beautifully decorated model. Welcoming staff, John DiPietro who handled our purchase was the best. They take the time to listen to you and don't pressure you. John took us on a tour of the community and the amenities and explained everything clearly and completely; providing details on all the community clubs, surrounding stores, restaurants and other points of interest as well. Once we decided on our home John spent the time with us to pick out options. Once the purchase agreement was ready he went through it completely to make sure we understood everything and explained the process in detail from signing to closing. We can't wait to move into our new NV home.

We love our NV home and the buying/construction experience. Everything went very smoothly from our sales experience with Kathy Jacobs to our Project Manager Chris Truitt. Kathy was very helpful and so nice as we moved through the buying process. She even recalled a story I told about my father and left us a token of that story in our new home. So thoughtful! Our PM Chris kept us informed of the construction progress each week, sending weekly video updates and answering our questions along the way. Any time we had a concern or question, Chris was on it! He was great! We recently settled and love the home! As we moved through the mortgage and settlement process our loan officer Jen Funke was very helpful and the process was easy to navigate. Settlement took 15 minutes! The house is gorgeous and the community at the Estuary is amazing. The neighbors are friendly, there’s so much to do and hey, we’re only a shuttle ride away from the beach!
