When we walked into the models at The Woodlands of Urbana on 5/14/2022 we were instantly met with a bright smile and a warm welcome from Jackie Gunter. Little did we know then that we would settle there, sooner rather than later. After we strolled through the models, Jackie showed us around the community and conducted a tour the Clubhouse Lodge. We were looking for main level living and The Woodlands spoke to us. In the weeks and months since then, Jackie has helped us in understanding the various floor plans and lot placements that resulted in our selecting the Davenport as our future home. She patiently explained and sometimes re-explained the myriad of internal and external styles, products and color options available to us. Any inquiry, no matter how insignificant or complex was answered quickly. Text messages and emails were, and continue to be, consistently answered in her very professional and personal style. If needed, Jackie contacted multiple NVHomes departments and external vendors to answer our questions and assist us in scheduling future services. We gained valuable perspective on our new neighborhood and the surrounding communities as Jackie shared her years of experience in the Woodlands. Jackie has the inherent ability to make you feel that you are her only client. It was Jackie who really helped us decide to move to The Woodlands. Thank you Jackie!
