New Homes in Baltimore

We have been excited about seeing Gerst Farm for months, and it has exceeded our expectations! The homes are spacious and beautiful and perfect for our "othersizing" needs, with ample storage, a first floor master, and high-quality included features in addition to the many upgrades available. We wanted a neighborhood with easy outdoor maintenance and walkability to shopping and dining, and we weren't willing to compromise on a stylish beautiful home. NV will be providing us with both! Natalie Middleton made us feel like family from the moment we first talked to her! She is knowledgeable and passionate about her work and is warm, caring and so very friendly. She has done everything she can to make our buying experience easy and enjoyable. We can't wait to move into our beautiful new villa!

She was well informed in the process and treated us with kid gloves. We found the perfect home and almost immediately we were introduced to Jay who handled the construction of our home. He took weekly photographs of the progress and noted what was accomplished that week. He would quickly handled any questions I might have about what I saw in the photographs. As most buyers in a 55+ community, we are downsizing, coming from a history of 4 prior custom builds. The NV team have consistently EXCEEDED our expectations, dispelling any reservations that we had. We have asked for MANY Non-Standard options. Natalie, our representative, has come through on everything! Natalie really sees people and connects with everyone… beyond the home. She genuinely wants each person to feel welcomed and have a stellar building experience. She is consistently kind, upbeat and helpful through all the steps of this process. Jay, our project manager for the Manchester, has also been incredibly responsive, even setting up extra walk throughs before important stages to ensure that our non-standard options are placed with optimal functionality for us. In the end, our home will be a custom reflection of us, our lifestyle and needs. Finally, Gerst Farms is the only community in Baltimore County that I know of with such extensive amenities; a clubhouse with fitness center, yoga, billiards, game room, shuffleboard, and kitchen. Then 6 pickleball courts and bocce ball outside. The team even threw a welcoming party for the groundbreaking of the clubhouse, a great way to meet new neighbors. Naturally, everyone is excited for this new phase. I’m envisioning another party when the clubhouse is complete! This is all included in nominal HOA dues that include landscaping and snow removal. This will save us lots of money and time to enjoy our semi-retirement.

L.Oliver- This Has Been An Exceptional Home-Buying Experience at Gerst Farms From the moment I walked into Gerst Farms, I knew I had found something special. I had been searching for a new home that would give me the space and comfort I needed to live primarily on one floor, while also having enough room to welcome my family when they travel into the county or city. After visiting several communities, I can honestly say that none compared to Gerst Farms in terms of space, amenities, and, most importantly, customer service. When I first visited, I was warmly greeted by Natalie and Madisyn, who immediately made me feel welcome. They were kind, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right home. Natalie took the time to walk me through the model(Villa), as well as the townhomes. The Villas impressed me so much with their spacious layouts that I immediately called my daughter and asked her to come see the community for herself. When my daughter arrived, she was just as impressed as I was. She also immediately connected with Natalie. The two of them seemed to understand each other right away, and my daughter was genuinely excited for me. That meant a lot to me because I felt that Natalie wasn’t simply trying to sell me a home—she was excited about the possibility of me finding a home that was truly right for me. I felt so comfortable and confident in the community that I completed my application on the spot. Since that day, my experience with Gerst Farms has continued to be exceptional. I have received nothing but patience, kindness, professionalism, and consistent communication from everyone involved in the process. From Natalie assisting with the contract, to the loan officers, electricians, and everyone involved in getting my home to the point where construction could begin, I have felt informed and supported throughout the entire journey. We signed in June for a villa at Gerst Farms--moving from IN to be closer to daughter/grandkids. This is our first new build so we don't know what we don't know. Madisyn has been great to work with from the first visit to the model. Pleasant, efficient, timely and offers good suggestions. I have only dealt with Natalie briefly--she is welcoming and helpful.
